My Love Letter to New York City
When there is so much to see in a city, so much becomes unknown, and so when discovery can befall at a moment’s notice, every new day is bound to be vastly different from the next.
Louisiana: Under the Spell of New Orleans
As we arrived in New Orleans, I couldn't help but notice the certain twinkle sprinkled around its historic streets. The very first moment I stepped foot along the French Quarter, it felt as though I had been teleported to a charming European town of yesteryear.
Renovating Our Home Sweet Motorhome
Within this post, we've shared our renovation story and the different phases we underwent. We hope this will help others who may be considering going down a similar road in the future — because we for one, couldn't recommend this journey enough!
Tennessee: Discovering the Soul of Nashville
On this particular week, home for us would be Nashville — where the music is loud, the streets are lively, and the locals are delightfully friendly.
Photo Diary: Johnny Cash’s Childhood Home
If you care to pay a visit to Dyess, Arkansas, you'll find a stunning hidden gem down a winding dirt road. Once dilapidated to the point of near-ruin, today Johnny Cash’s boyhood Home has been restored by the Arkansas State University, opening up tours to the public.

These were clear signs that Marfa was nearing, a quaint town with a population of no more than 2,000, located in the middle of nowhere in West Texas.
Discovering the Wonders of Utah
For lovers of the great outdoors, Utah is the ultimate destination. Whether it's hiking in spectacular National Parks, riding a horse through remote canyons, or simply seeing stunning scenery from outside the window, Utah has it on unbelievable scales.
Photo Diary: Roy’s Motel & Cafe
If you believe the lore, Roy once cooked his famous Route 66 double cheeseburger on the hood of a '63 Mercury. Although the motel is abandoned, the gas station and store are still open today.
Photo Diary: Salvation Mountain & Slab City
Salvation Mountain is located in a remote area near Niland, California. Some might call Salvation Mountain a work of art, while others may call it a work of faith, but to the late Leonard Knight, it was his life’s work and purpose, built to spread the word of Jesus.
