Nestled within a hilly street, the home’s original brick facade still stands mighty strong today, providing a delightful first impression to all who voyage here.

Arriving here was as if we’d just happened upon the quaint English countryside. It was autumn, and the winding roads were scattered with golden fallen leaves, with the scenery seemingly only getting better with passing time.

Just a 20-minute drive from Daylesford, you’ll stumble across Trentham – an equally whimsical town. And here lies the hidden gem, Acre of Roses.

There’s only a certain amount of time you can daydream about a place before you simply must give in to its charm, pack your bags, and make your way there.

As we stepped inside, it was as if the crackling fireplace gave me a big welcome hug — instantly, I felt at home.
