Photo Diary: Johnny Cash’s Childhood Home
If you care to pay a visit to Dyess, Arkansas, you'll find a stunning hidden gem down a winding dirt road. Once dilapidated to the point of near-ruin, today Johnny Cash’s boyhood Home has been restored by the Arkansas State University, opening up tours to the public.
Southern Gems: Dyess & Memphis

Salvation Mountain is located in a remote area near Niland, California. Some might call Salvation Mountain a work of art, while others may call it a work of faith, but to the late Leonard Knight, it was his life’s work and purpose, built to spread the word of Jesus.
California: Starlit Nights at Joshua Tree
For a long while I had been looking forward to our visit to the Joshua Tree National Park. It's a place where people go to in order to seek solitude and solace, and just so happens, this was exactly what I had been craving at the time.
California: Returning to Palm Springs
This journey of ours all began in Palm Springs — we bought and renovated our motorhome here, so we can't help but feel a particular belonging in this wonderful place.
California: One Week in Los Angeles
We've journeyed through the remarkable Redwoods of California, travelled throughout the wonders of Oregon, experienced the beauty of The Badlands in South Dakota, explored another side of Nevada's sin city, and now we've come full circle, as we find ourselves back in the city of angels.
