Victoria’s famous spa sanctuary, Daylesford is an oasis of calm where luxurious spa retreats, fields of lavender and charming boutique cottages sit amongst acres of fairytale rural landscapes.

Whilst the area is known for its award-winning wineries and locally sourced food, the ‘back to nature’ pull of its surrounds is one not to be underestimated.

As we stepped inside, it was as if the crackling fireplace gave me a big welcome hug — instantly, I felt at home.
