Precinct 75, located in St Peters, Sydney, is a vibrant and creative precinct comprising of 12 warehouse buildings, home to over 70 businesses, each with their own identity uniquely adapted in the spaces they occupy.

In need of a little getaway, I found myself craving rolling green hills, swaying vineyards and rustic farmhouses — this desire had the Yarra Valley written all over it.

During our days spent at the magical Yarra Valley, we took retreat at one of Botanica Edition's properties, The Habitat House. It was a real treat to have somewhere this beautiful to retire to after busy days filled with exploring the region.

Determined to unlock the true potential of the 100-year-old wharf, the lobby and reception area of the previous hotel has now been transformed into a high-end, modular event space.

Last Friday IKEA held a launch party for the GILTIG range at the beautiful Poolside Café. The collection includes vibrant tableware and home textiles as the result of a collaboration with London-based menswear designer Katie Eary.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Betty who gave us a bucket to fill for only $12. Betty led us through rows and rows of navels waiting to be picked before leaving us on our own to explore.

The Haymes Colour Library, a new colour trends concept, was officially launched at a breakfast in The Old Clare Hotel this morning.

It was a refreshing change to head along to a more formal affair at the Style Me Merivale talk where we got to take a sneak-peak into the creative minds behind the Merivale juggernaut.

I hightailed a taxi from work to attend a luncheon for their Winter 2016 Collection launch last Tuesday. The event was held at the new and charming Kansas City Shuffle, located at The Rocks.

Last night was the launch party for March into Merivale; the five-week annual food and wine festival in Sydney showcasing first-class food, desserts and drinks from over 50 of Merivale’s restaurants and bars.

There, tucked in amongst tall tree tops was the quaint tiny home – all ours for a short but very sweet stay.

So here's to turning a new page; not for the sake of disregarding our efforts from the year that was, but for stepping into the New Year along with our weaknesses, downfalls, and incomplete projects in hand — ready to dream bigger than ever.
